Wedding Planner Assistant (Pakistani Nationality)

As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will provide support to our experienced wedding planners in creating and executing beautiful and memorable weddings. This is an ideal opportunity for students or those seeking entry-level positions in the wedding planning industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline creation
- Communicating with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
- Conducting research on vendors, venues, and other wedding-related services
- Drafting contracts and proposals for clients
- Participating in site visits and walkthroughs with clients
- Providing on-site assistance during weddings to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements:
- Must be of Pakistani nationality
- Fluent in Urdu or other Pakistani languages

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
