Job Title: UX Designer - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)


Our company is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our growing team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. This is a full-time position and we welcome candidates of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the user experience
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and make necessary design changes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design to continuously improve our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision or Figma
- Experience with conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
