As an Indian national with fluent English proficiency, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to customers in Qatar's vibrant city of Al-Rayyan.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as product information
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, both verbal and written
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals
