We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel. This is a full-time position requiring excellent technical skills and knowledge of hotel maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment such as HVAC systems, generators, and fire safety systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical or plumbing issues that may arise in guest rooms or common areas
- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any potential hazards or safety concerns to management
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff as needed

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in engineering or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel maintenance/engineering role
- Excellent technical skills with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and general building maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary
