Gardener for Landscaping Company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Our landscaping company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with nature and has a passion for creating visually appealing landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to client preferences and seasonal changes
- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests, taking necessary steps to treat or remove affected plants
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain desired shape and size
- Install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Use gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens
- Design new landscape layouts based on client requests or project objectives
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects within given timelines
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces by removing weeds, leaves, debris, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and their seasonal growth patterns
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues with plant health
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred

Working Conditions:
