Indian Attorney at Law



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Attorney to join our legal team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian Attorney at Law, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, primarily from the Indian community in Qatar. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on various matters including civil, criminal, immigration, and employment law.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis on complex legal issues.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and provide comprehensive solutions for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Admission to the Bar Association in India is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in India or another common law jurisdiction.
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferences:
- Candidates who have prior experience working as an attorney in Qatar or the Middle East region will be given preference.
