Phlebotomist (Malayalee)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Malayalee Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and collecting other samples for medical testing and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood-drawing process
- Prepare equipment and supplies needed for blood collection
- Identify the correct veins for blood draw based on patient's age, health status, and medical history
- Perform venipuncture using a variety of techniques
- Label and record collected samples accurately
- Ensure proper disposal of used needles and other hazardous materials
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area

Requirements:
- Must be a fluent English speaker
- Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist
- Must be trained in proper infection control measures
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining procedures to patients
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with calmness and professionalism
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role
