Accountant - Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position is suitable for men and does not require any proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare tax returns and manage tax compliance
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience with budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance preferred
- Own visa in Qatar is a must
