Office Assistant
We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain office supplies, order new supplies as needed
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the team
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Help with any other tasks assigned by the manager or team members
Requirements:
- Preferably Indian national with fluency in English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is a plus
