Contract Merchandiser (Qatar)


We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays in retail stores to attract and engage customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Plan and create attractive product displays in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Ensure all visual merchandising complies with brand guidelines
- Maintain relationships with store managers and negotiate prime display locations for products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required
- Experience in the retail industry preferred
- Must be able to work on a contract basis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have current visa sponsorship or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Qatar
