House Manager

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a household in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is specifically tailored for Egyptian nationals who do not require English proficiency.

Your main responsibilities will include managing household staff, organizing and supervising daily tasks, maintaining budgets and expenses, and ensuring the overall smooth running of the household. You will also be required to liaise with external contractors and service providers as needed.

Previous experience in household management is not required for this role. However, we are looking for candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication skills in Arabic.

This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday. You will be provided with a free visa and ticket to Abu Dhabi. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise household staff including housekeepers, cooks, drivers, gardeners, etc.
• Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members
• Maintain household budgets and expenses
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property
• Coordinate with external service providers such as plumbers, electricians, etc.
• Ensure the safety and security of the household at all times
• Plan and organize events or parties hosted by the employer
• Handle any special requests or requirements from the employer

Requirements:
• Egyptian national living in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
• Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is not required)
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in household management is a plus but not required
