Gardener - Full Time (Indian Nationals Preferred)


Our landscaping company in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our team on a full-time basis. We strongly encourage Indian nationals who are fluent in English to apply for this role.

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients, which include both residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and mowing lawns. You will also be responsible for keeping the gardens free from pests and diseases.

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who has a passion for gardening and enjoys working outdoors. Previous experience in gardening is not necessary; however, we do require candidates to have basic knowledge of plants and gardening tools. We are open to hiring candidates without any prior experience as long as they are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.

As this is a full-time job, candidates must be able to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. You must also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as gardening can be physically demanding at times. Additionally, you must have good time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Please note that this position does not come with accommodation; therefore, we prefer candidates who are already based in Abu Dhabi or have their own accommodations in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Pruning trees and bushes
- Watering plants regularly
- Applying fertilizers or pesticides when necessary
- Mowing lawns using lawn mowers or other equipment
- Trimming hedges and maintaining garden edges
- Removing weeds from garden beds
- Identifying pests or diseases and taking necessary measures to control them
- Cleaning garden tools after use

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work full-time, 6 days a week
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of plants and gardening tools
- Good time management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
