Phlebotomist - English Speaking (Sakaka, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our medical team in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process to them
- Identify the correct patient and verify their information to ensure accuracy
- Sterilize the puncture site and prepare necessary equipment for blood collection
- Draw blood from patients using various techniques such as venipuncture or fingerstick
- Label and store collected blood samples for testing or processing
- Monitor patients for any signs of discomfort or adverse reactions during the procedure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to prevent contamination or spread of diseases
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Certification in phlebotomy from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Phlebotomist in a medical setting
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients of diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Knowledge of different blood collection techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures for handling and processing blood samples
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours. The phlebotomist will work at our medical facility located in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. This position does not offer accommodation; therefore, candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.
