Inventory Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for this role and will be provided with accommodation.
As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of our company's inventory levels. Your main duties will include developing and implementing inventory control procedures, managing stock levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all inventory transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure efficient management of stock levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable pricing.
• Oversee the accurate recording of all inventory transactions into our system.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or issues with inventory levels.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover ratio and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
• Train and supervise staff responsible for handling physical inventory counts.
• Collaborate with various departments such as purchasing, sales, and production to ensure smooth flow of materials.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management software systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
.• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in inventory management or related field.• Knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, and warehousing.• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
