Call Center Representative Job Description:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through telephone calls. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting all call information and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner by actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that cannot be resolved immediately.
- Maintain detailed records of all call interactions, including the nature of the inquiry, actions taken, and any follow-up required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service with every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement in processes or procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Urdu (for Indian candidates) or Arabic (for Egyptian candidates).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and professional.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as this is a part-time position.
