IT Manager - Indian Nationals (Umm-Salal, Qatar)


Our company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a passion for technology. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of all data and systems by implementing appropriate measures
- Manage the IT budget and make strategic decisions to optimize resources
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, and lead initiatives to implement changes
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the industry to recommend advancements for the company
- Provide technical support to all employees as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in managing information technology operations, including network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, applications, etc.
- Strong knowledge of data security principles and practices
- Proficient in project management techniques with a track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Qatar or other Middle Eastern countries is preferred but not required
- Professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may require occasional overtime work. The selected candidate will be provided with accommodation close to our office location. We will also provide a free visa and ticket for the successful candidate to relocate to Umm-Salal, Qatar.
