Housekeeping Manager


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination of tasks
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and materials used in professional housekeeping operations
- Good communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is an advantage)
- A strong work ethic with a positive attitude towards teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- Experience working in Qatar or within the Middle East region is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
