Job Title: Hotel Manager for Indian Candidates in Doha, Qatar


A luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. We are looking specifically for Indian candidates who have a strong background in hotel management and are able to work on a contract basis. As per government regulations, the candidate must have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and increase profitability
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred)
- Experience working in a luxury hotel setting is highly desired
- Knowledge of Qatar's hospitality industry is an advantage
