House Manager - Indian/Egyptian


Our company is seeking a highly capable and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large private residence in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This role is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals, with no English language requirement.

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the household, including supervising staff, maintaining the property, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the residents. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Hiring, training, and managing domestic staff such as housekeepers, cooks, and drivers
- Creating and implementing schedules for staff to ensure seamless operations
- Managing household budgets and expenses
- Overseeing maintenance and repairs of the property
- Purchasing household supplies and groceries
- Planning and organizing events or special occasions held at the residence
- Managing household inventories and keeping track of valuable assets
- Liaising with external contractors for any necessary services or repairs

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a private residence. You must possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of domestic staff. Strong organizational skills are also essential to ensure the smooth functioning of the household.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. You must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with both staff members and residents. As this role is open to Indian/Egyptian nationals with no English requirement, proficiency in either Hindi or Arabic would be preferred.

In addition to these requirements, candidates must also have a high level of discretion as this role involves handling sensitive information related to the residents' personal lives.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours that may require some weekend or evening work depending on the needs of the residence. The salary will be competitive based on experience and qualifications.
