Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the design process from concept development to final product
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work as an Art Director
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative designs that align with brand guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an advertising agency or marketing department
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
