Office Assistant - English Speaking (Indian)
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with organizing company events or conferences
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
