UX Designer - Contract Position (Indian and Malayalee Candidates Preferred)


We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Indian and Malayalee, you will feel right at home in our diverse and inclusive company culture located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and preferences
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs and make necessary improvements
- Use data and analytics to inform design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
- Familiarity with design software such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:
- Experience working on mobile app designs
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience with biometric passport technology
