House Manager


We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth operation and management of a large private residence in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have their own visa, and be able to cater to the cultural preferences of an Indian family. This is a full-time position and only open to female candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all household staff including cleaners, cooks, nannies, and drivers
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members to ensure efficient running of the household
- Manage household budgets and expenses, including grocery shopping and paying bills
- Keep inventory and order necessary supplies for the household
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the residence
- Organize and oversee events or gatherings hosted at the residence
- Liaise with external service providers such as contractors, vendors, and maintenance workers as needed
- Ensure security measures are in place for the safety of the family and property
- Coordinate with family members regarding their schedules and preferences for meals, activities, etc.
- Act as a point of contact for any household-related issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager or relevant role in a private residence or luxury hotel setting
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
- Must have their own valid visa for Qatar (candidates without their own visa will not be considered)
- Knowledgeable about Indian culture and cuisine
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
- Discreet with excellent judgment
- Physically fit as this role may involve some light housekeeping tasks
- Flexibility with work hours as needed
