Seasonal Concierge for a Luxurious Resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team at a luxurious resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the resort and local area attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, activities, and other services
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain knowledge of current events, local activities, and special promotions within the resort
- Assist with organizing and coordinating events or activities for guests
- Ensure the lobby area is well-maintained and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred
