Indian Immigration Attorney


Our law firm, located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Indian Immigration Attorney to join our team. This is an urgent opening for a candidate with no English language requirements and no prior experience necessary. We offer accommodation and are open to candidates from any nationality as long as they possess a valid biometric passport.

As an Indian Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance on various immigration matters to our clients. This includes assisting clients with visa applications, residency permits, work permits, citizenship applications, and other related immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals and needs
- Advise clients on the available immigration options based on their specific circumstances
- Prepare and submit visa applications, residency permits, work permits, citizenship applications, and other relevant documents
- Communicate effectively with government agencies on behalf of clients
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies in Qatar
- Represent clients in court for immigration-related cases
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- No English language requirements but must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Prior experience in immigration law is not necessary but would be considered an asset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Qatari immigration laws and policies is preferred
- Must be able to handle confidential information with integrity
