Art Director - Creative Design (Indian candidates preferred)



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and visual elements of various projects, ensuring that they align with the overall creative vision and meet the client's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for various projects such as advertising campaigns, branding, and digital media.
- Oversee all aspects of the design process including concept development, layout design, and final execution.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, photographers, and other team members to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work produced.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Art Director or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal.
- Indian nationality preferred.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) without accommodation. The working days are from Sunday to Thursday. However, flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.
