UX Designer vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

Junior UX Designer - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national looking to gain experience in the field of UX design and kickstart their career. As this is a contract position, no prior experience is required, making it ideal for freshers or those looking for their first job.

As a Junior UX Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs meet both user needs and business goals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about user-centered design, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow in their role. While no prior experience is required, we do expect candidates to have a basic understanding of design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers
- Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and documentation
- Continuously gather feedback from users to improve the overall user experience

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field
- Basic understanding of design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive attitude towards learning new skills
