We are currently seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Dental Assistants in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a full-time position, specifically open to Malayalees who prefer a job without the requirement of English proficiency. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training for all our employees.

As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our dentists in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your main duties will include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, assisting with procedures, and maintaining patient records. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice and providing a positive experience for our patients.

This position is open to Malayalees who hold their own visa in Qatar. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the healthcare industry and have a strong work ethic. You must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to industry standards
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and providing suction
- Take digital x-rays and process them for use by the dentist
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and update them as necessary
- Schedule appointments for patients and handle billing and payment transactions
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with own visa in Qatar
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is not mandatory but preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new techniques
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
