Merchandiser - English Speaking (Contract)



Our company is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is a contract position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the merchandising industry. This role is open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for Africans and Egyptians.

As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to manage the visual presentation and inventory of our products in various retail locations. You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure that our products are displayed attractively and effectively to maximize sales. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, as you will be interacting with both customers and colleagues on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience working as a Merchandiser or in a similar position. Freshers with relevant education or internships may also apply. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products are displayed according to company guidelines
- Regularly check inventory levels and restock products when necessary
- Manage product placement and rotation within retail stores
- Maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by answering any product-related questions
- Report any issues or concerns to the Sales team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Must have own transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
