Merchandiser - Part Time, Sharjah, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a part-time position suitable for men who have the necessary experience and do not require accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for Indian candidates.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product displays and promotions of our retail store in Sharjah. Your primary objective will be to increase sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays that maximize space and highlight key features
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and attract new customers
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor sales performance data to track the effectiveness of promotions and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays to create an inviting shopping environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, techniques, and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for visual appeal
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as per store needs
