Project Manager (Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager with strong communication skills to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. As a Malayalee, you will have a preference for this position, but it is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and lead project teams to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on time
- Develop project plans and timelines, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals and objectives
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members and senior management
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Prior experience in project management preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
