Administrative Assistant - English Speaking (Indian/Egyptian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker and hold Indian or Egyptian nationality.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for multiple team members
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, ordering equipment, etc.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be a native English speaker with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Hold Indian or Egyptian nationality
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
