Inventory Manager

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory levels of a company's products or materials. This position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is open to candidates of any nationality.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and take corrective action
- Analyze sales trends and forecast future demand to optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer demand and adjust inventory accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices
- Train, supervise, and evaluate inventory control staff members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a retail or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Familiarity with lean principles or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable
