Information Security Analyst


Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about protecting our company's data and systems from potential cyber threats. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to protect against cyber attacks
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious incidents or breaches
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that security controls are integrated into new systems and applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices
- Provide training and guidance to employees on information security policies and procedures
- Review access control policies and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in information security
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, databases, web applications, and firewalls
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM)
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology
- Experience working with international teams or clients
