Job Title: Administrative Director - Dukhan, Qatar


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of our organization. This is a contract position and we welcome applicants of all nationalities who have their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient operations
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain accurate records and files for various company documents and reports
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative functions
- Handle any HR-related tasks such as employee contracts, benefits administration, and payroll
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, such as clients or vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Must have own visa for Qatar
