Job Title: Night Auditor for Malayalees in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team of professionals at our hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all night audit functions, including balancing and closing out daily revenue and expense accounts
- Conduct regular audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports on hotel occupancy and revenue to management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints during the night shift
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam language skills preferred)
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
