We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from the initial consultation with clients to the execution of the event. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and who excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and budget for their wedding
- Provide expert advice on venues, vendors, and other wedding-related services
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including but not limited to venue setup, catering, decor, entertainment, transportation, and guest accommodations
- Ensure that all necessary payments are made on time and within budget
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns they may have
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Pakistani culture and traditions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position that will involve working evenings and weekends as needed. The candidate must be willing to travel within Qatar for client meetings and events.
