Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel equipment and facilities. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and has exceptional problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and HVAC repairs.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance services.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks that may impact guests' experience.
- Order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels.
- Train new maintenance staff on proper techniques and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a relevant trade or field such as HVAC or plumbing.
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel setting.

Working Conditions:
As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You may also be required to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. This position may require you to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the needs of the hotel.
