Job Title: UX Designer - Al-Khor, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will bring your unique cultural background and perspective to help us design user experiences that cater to our diverse audience.

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, conduct user research, and create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Your designs should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also user-friendly and accessible.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking methodologies, and industry best practices. You should also have experience with various design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or Figma. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user requirements through research methods such as interviews and surveys
- Create wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to improve designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools such as Sketch or Figma
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
