Business Coach


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations in order to help them achieve their business goals and improve their overall performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting coaching sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Providing valuable insights, tools, and strategies to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their objectives
- Collaborating with clients to create customized solutions based on their specific needs and goals
- Supporting clients in developing business plans, setting objectives, and creating actionable steps towards success
- Monitoring progress, providing feedback, and adjusting strategies as needed
- Conducting workshops and training sessions on various business-related topics
- Networking with potential clients and building strong relationships within the local business community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate others, build trust, and drive results
- Familiarity with coaching techniques such as goal setting, accountability, active listening, etc.
- A passion for helping others succeed in their professional endeavors

Preference will be given to Indian candidates. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Fluency in English is not required for this role. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
