Cashier for a Malayalee Community in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the cashier counter.
- Scan items and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure correct pricing and product codes are used for all transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves when needed.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed.
