The position of Gardener is a full-time job based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team of dedicated professionals to maintain and enhance the outdoor spaces of our clients' properties.

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful and functional gardens for our clients. This includes planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming various plants and trees. You will also be in charge of maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, flower beds, and hardscape areas.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in gardening or a related field. A thorough knowledge of different types of plants and their care is essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with clients on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to client specifications
- Regularly watering plants to ensure proper hydration
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed to maintain plant health
- Pruning and trimming plants to maintain desired shape and size
- Maintaining lawn areas by mowing grass, weeding flower beds, and removing debris
- Monitoring plant health for signs of disease or pests and taking appropriate action
- Installing landscape features such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, etc.
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in gardening or a related field
- Knowledge of various types of plants and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a high-end residential or commercial setting
- Familiarity with organic gardening practices
- Fluency in English and Hindi (or other Indian languages)
