Agronomist - Agricultural Specialist

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Agricultural Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research and providing technical expertise on crop production, soil management, and other agricultural practices. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on crop production techniques, soil management, and pest control methods
- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers on best practices for crop cultivation
- Monitor crop health and make recommendations for fertilization, irrigation, and other interventions as needed
- Collaborate with other agronomists and agricultural experts to develop new techniques and technologies for improved crop production
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agricultural practices
- Train and educate farmers on sustainable farming methods to improve yields and reduce environmental impact
- Conduct field trials to test new crops or farming techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Agronomist or Agricultural Specialist
- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques, soil management, pest control methods, and irrigation systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for field work
