We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are following safety protocols and performing their duties effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records through regular audits
- Develop relationships with transportation companies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods
- Create reports on warehouse performance for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the African region
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse software systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English communication skills
