Hotel Sales Manager (English Speaking)


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an English-speaking professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and amenities to potential clients. This position is suitable for men and requires experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify opportunities for upselling
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, as this position involves communicating with international clients
- Previous experience in sales, specifically in the hotel industry, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
