Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position is open to Indians and no English proficiency is required, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Actively promote and sell products to meet sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and answer any customer inquiries
- Process transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Assist with stock taking activities as required

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in English are not necessary for this position
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
