Art Director - Malayalee (Medina, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creative direction of our projects, ensuring that they are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the overall creative vision for our projects, ensuring they align with the company's brand and objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and visually appealing concepts and designs.
- Manage projects from concept development to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our work remains relevant and competitive.
- Provide clear direction and feedback to designers and other team members to ensure their work meets the project's requirements.
- Present concepts and designs to clients for approval, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital design principles, including web design, UI/UX, motion graphics, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of digital design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. Basic knowledge of English is preferred but not required.
