Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is specifically targeted towards Egyptian nationals who are looking for a full-time job with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

As an Administrator for Students, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for our students. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, assisting with student enrollment and registration, as well as providing support to students throughout their academic journey.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, processing payments and managing correspondence
- Assisting with student enrollment by providing information on courses, fees and admissions requirements
- Coordinating student registration process and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Providing support to students throughout their academic journey by addressing any concerns or queries they may have
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the organization

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience working in an administrative position and possess excellent organizational skills. You must also be able to work independently and have strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
