Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to upsell and cross-sell products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
