Personal Trainer


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our fitness center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to our clients based on their individual goals and needs. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about health and fitness and are looking to start their career in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals, health history, and any limitations
- Develop personalized training programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement
- Monitor progress of clients through regular assessments and adjust training programs accordingly
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to complement the training program
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for the clients

Requirements:
- Passionate about health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Certification in personal training or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work with diverse populations of varying fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds
- Physically fit with the ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
